We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Legal/Compliance Specialist to join our Division East team at our headquarters in St. Johann in Tirol.

Our requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience or relevant internships in similar roles.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent organizational skills.
- Interest in compliance, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to solving challenges.
- Fluency in English.
Your responsibilities
- Assist with company formations, financing, and process optimization across Central and Eastern Europe.
- Enhance compliance systems and processes, create and implement guidelines, deliver training, and participate in audits in key areas such as Anti-Trust, Anti-Corruption, GDPR, and more.
- Work closely with the Division Director to support strategy development and execution across operating units.
- Offer reliable support, assisting with decision-making processes, coordinating division-wide initiatives, and ensuring timely follow-up on strategic action points.
- Actively monitor the progress of critical projects, ensuring alignment with the division’s goals and the EGGER Group’s standards.
- Lead and support independent projects to optimize processes in finance, administration, and legal operations at both division and local levels.
- Collaborate on innovative projects aligned with EGGER’s digitalization strategy.
